Your first stop: Surgical Consultation
At the consultation we do a lot of listening – so make notes, take pictures if you like (we definitely like!) and bring us the WHOLE story. During the consultation, the surgeon will examine your child – it is important that your little one knows, before the visit, that they will be examined. Be prepared, as the caregiver. to offer positive support during the physical exam.
Our team strives to educate and inform parents and caregivers about their child’s medical condition, options for intervention and how treatment works. Don’t be afraid to ask questions.
Book your consultation through the Surgery Desk where Nurse Woodhouse can schedule your child and family’s first visit. We encourage you to upload any relevant information you may have including:
- the referral letter
- results of ALL relevant investigations
- any summary of previous admissions or procedures that you have
Cost:
First Session (Consultation) – $7,000 JMD
Follow-up Sessions – $5,000 JMD each
