Chad’s major interest lies in helping adolescents and young adults strive for personal success through purposeful and goal-directed behaviour. Although being particularly experienced with mood, trauma and anxiety-related issues, Mr. Lambert is open to helping clients with all challenges.
Shortly after obtaining his Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of West Indies, Mona Campus, Chad followed his passion for mental health advocacy by facilitating workshops on Stress Management, Post-Traumatic Stress and Suicide in Belize.
In the therapeutic realm, Chad’s client-centered approach coupled with his personable demeanor makes individuals feel comfortable regardless of their background. As a strong supporter of Individual Psychology, Mr. Lambert believes that success is largely related to social connectedness and therefore sees the importance of exploring the quality of interpersonal relationships that one has.
When required, Mr. Lambert also conducts psycho-educational and personality assessments in order to develop a more comprehensive understanding of an individual’s academic or behavioural challenges.
