The demand for child and adolescent services exceeds the supply of skilled professionals in the Caribbean today. As members of this community, we are eager to stimulate interest and help expose potential professionals to various aspects of the business of child and adolescent wellness. The Tots to Teens team fills an important need in the lives of many children, teens and young adults. A lot of the work we do directly with clients is confidential and not accessible to untrained student volunteers. We do have opportunities for students to work in our operations and we are always listening out for new ideas for how we can work together.
